Refund policy

 

We allow for returns up to 30 days after your order is delivered. We do not offer exchanges, even if you give us adorable puppy dog eyes. 

Submit a return request here, you'll need the email address used at checkout. 

We only accept returns for orders placed on goodrsunglasses.co.za. If you're unable to access your account to request a return please contact us.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY 


Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of the order being delivered. Returns received after this period may not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return, eligible items must be unused, in their original packaging, and undamaged. 

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, we do not offer exchanges or store credit. We aim to process your return within 5 days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds are automatically issued to the original payment method. 

RETURN DELIVERY

We do not offer free returns. Customers must purchase their own return shipping label, with a courier of their choice. 

Returned items are the customers responsibility until they reach us, please make sure returns are well-packaged to limit damage in transit. 

We recommend getting a proof of postage or using a trackable shipping service as the parcel remains the customers responsibility until it is delivered to our premise. 

REFUNDS OF RETURNED ITEMS

Once your return is received and inspected our team will process a refund for the item(s).

Returns will be processed approximately 5 days from date of receipt. 

Customers will receive an email notification once we have processed the return. Any refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take an additional 5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

There are certain situations where we will issue a partial or no refund:

  • Any item not in the original condition; is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

Orders cannot be cancelled once we have begun processing the order. However, should you wish to change or cancel your order, you are welcome to contact us to check whether the processing of an order has commenced, and if it has not we may be able to accommodate your request to cancel and will do our best to meet your needs.

EXCHANGES

We cannot offer exchanges for items purchased, only refunds. For a replacement item you should place a new order online and your return will be treated separately. 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number, details of the damage/defect and a photo clearly showing the damage/defect. 

Once we have this information we will be able to arrange a replacement. 

EXEMPTIONS

The following item(s) are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items;

  • Gift cards

We do not accept returns for orders placed through any retailers, other online marketplaces, events or races. Please contact the merchant who sold the goods to you to request a return.
